Rental application Our rental application form is available for download in PDF format. For your convenience, an applicant checklist of all required documentation is included with this file.
Please fill out all information clearly and carefully. Any required information or documents missing may prevent your application from being processed. Once we receive your application, all supporting documentation must be submitted within two (2) days by mail, fax or in person.

Please be advised that all applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to approval. To be approved for an apartment, an applicant's annual income must be equivalent to 40 times the monthly rent (e.g. - if monthly rent is $1,000, required income must be $40,000 / year minimum) and the applicant must undergo a credit check.

Any and all applications will be declined if any of the following apply:

  1. Falsification of documents.
  2. No verifiable income.
  3. Convicted of manufacturing and/or distributing a controlled substance
  4. Convicted of felony offense.


Landlord Verification

We have integrated a Landlord Verification Form into our screening process which allows us to obtain specific rental history information of an applicant. This form will be submitted to the applicant's previous landlord or management. With respect to privacy, the applicant's signature is required before any information from a third party is provided or disclosed.

Get Adobe ReaderAdobe Reader is free software that can view and print electronic documents created from applications like Adobe Acrobat®, Microsoft® Office, and others. These documents are available as Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) — a file format that preserves the content and layout of the original document. Faculty and staff create Adobe PDF documents to distribute information in a consistent manner, so that the user does not have to buy the original software used to create the original document in order to view it.

IMPORTANT: To view and print Adobe PDF files, you must obtain and install on your computer a copy of the free Adobe Reader software (formerly Adobe Acrobat Reader) . You can get this software directly from the Adobe Reader page at the Adobe Web site.
